This Agreement is made between Service Advisor (the Platform) and the undersigned Technician, upon registration and activation on the Service Advisor platform.

By signing below, I, the Technician, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Independent Contractor: I understand that I am an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Service Advisor. I am solely responsible for my own taxes, insurance, tools, transportation, and business operations.
  2. Warranties & Liability: I am fully responsible for the quality of my work and any warranties offered to customers. Service Advisor is not liable for service-related disputes, damages, or warranty issues.
  3. Customer Responsiveness: I agree to respond to at least 90% of customer requests and job invitations in a timely manner.
  4. Punctuality: I will arrive on time to all scheduled appointments. If I am delayed, I will immediately notify the customer.
    • If a technician fails to arrive within two hours of the scheduled time without notice, the job will be reassigned to another available technician in the area.
    • The original technician will be held financially responsible for any difference in cost to complete the service.
  5. Fair Pricing: I will not raise the agreed-upon price upon arrival unless additional work is clearly needed and approved by the customer.
  6. Professional Conduct: I will treat all customers with respect, operate honestly and transparently, and maintain a high standard of work.
  7. Compliance: I will follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including any required licenses and environmental regulations.
  8. Acceptance of Terms of Use: By signing this agreement, I also confirm that I have read and agree to Service Advisor’s Terms of Use Policy and will operate in full compliance with its requirements.
