Steps to Request Account Deletion:

1. Send an email to our support team at support@serviceadvisor.online with the subject “Account Deletion.”
2. Include your email address associated with your account.
3. We will process your request within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted:

• Personal information:
  • name
  • email
  • phone number
• Business information:
  • business name
  • address
  • business license number
  • yelp, social media, website links
  • years in business
  • business size
• All data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days after the request.

Data That May Be Retained:

• Data required for legal obligations (e.g., for accounting purposes) will be retained for the necessary period.
